Sakura – on the way to work

Today I went to parks with huge and huge numbers of Sakura. Thousands of people were milling around, it’s like a holiday. I got a lot of pics, but first, these are some of the sakura (and other things) that I spotted on the way to work, the other day.

  1. love the title.

  2. The 벚꽃 (pronounced sadly as butkot) are blooming over here as well…. they first started blooming right at Easter. In your old blog, you once had a showdown between English and Japanese over the way certain words sound compared to what they mean. I think that if Korean and Japan were to have a showdown over the word for cherry blossom, Japan would win this one too. :)

  3. Jacobmarian – Hoho, you found a pic, good one, that’s what it looked like!

Heather – yeah, that is kind of an unfortunate name…
